$150/month, one-time $99 set-up fee By electing to join our membership program it is understood that you are fully aware that you will be charged a one-time start-up fee PLUS the first month's membership fee on the day of enrollment. The monthly membership fee will be automatically banked in your account every month thereafter and will be active for a minimum of 12 months from the day of enrollment. As an Inner Vision Insider, you will be rewarded with a year-round 25% off tox treatments, 10% off services, a standing 20% off skincare products (in-office only), and 2 free clinical facials per year! Additional discounts, promotions, gifts, or office specials are only stackable at the discretion of the business. Membership is non-transferable and non-refundable. The monthly membership fee will be banked in your Aesthetic Record Wallet, which can be used on any service or product purchase and never expires. The discounts will remain active for a minimum of 12 months, or the length of the membership. There are no cancellation fees. Once enrolled, the minimum membership timeframe is 12 months. Afterwards, if you wish to discontinue enrollment in the Membership Agreement, you must give Inner Vision Aesthetics & Wellness a one-week written notice (sent to InnerVisionConfidence@gmail.com) and allow up to 14 days for processing of the request. No other forms of cancellation will be accepted. Upon discontinuation of a membership, any unredeemed membership payments will remain available for use in your account. Unused membership fees are non-transferable, and not eligible for refunds at any time, for any reason.
