COMPANY POLICIES

 

Inner Vision Aesthetics & Wellness, PLLC reserves the right to change and implement policies and charge fees as listed below.  All policies are effective as of November 8th, 2021.  Prices, services, memberships, and policies are subject to change.


Inner Vision Aesthetics & Wellness, PLLC is a registered and licensed legal entity in the state of Connecticut. Inner Vision Aesthetics & Wellness, PLLC follows all legal guidelines set forth by local, state, and federal law. Inner Vision Aesthetics & Wellness, PLLC, all contracted providers, and all associated LLCs/PLLCs are in compliance with their applicable boards including but not limited to the Connecticut State Medical Board, the Connecticut State Board of Nursing, and the Connecticut Board of Cosmetology.


CLIENT RESPONSBILITIY

The client is responsible for the payment of all services rendered.  Payment is expected at the time of service for all charges towards the current visit, as well as any previous balances (ie: late fees and no-show fees).  We accept cash, Venmo, Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, and Cherry Payment Plans. Gratuity for services is never expected but is always appreciated.

 

CARD ON FILE POLICY

All appointments require a debit or credit card on file.  Inner Vision Aesthetics & Wellness, PLLC, its employees, and contractors do not have access to this information once it has been input into our system.  All card information is kept on a secure server through our Payment Operating System.  You may initially see a charge of $0-$1 as verification or temporary hold to ensure the card is active and has available funds. The charge will be reimbursed automatically.

 

DEPOSIT POLICY

Inner Vision Aesthetics & Wellness, PLLC reserves the right to implement appointment deposits.  Some services may require a deposit at the time of booking your appointment.  Appointment deposits are non-refundable and serve to reserve our medical staff and our equipment specifically for you and your treatment.  The appointment deposit will remain on your account for future use on services or products.  Any last-minute changes or cancellations to these appointments without the required amount of notice will forfeit a cancellation fee.  Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled without penalty if the minimum amount of notice is provided.  If you wish to include the deposit into a Cherry Payment Plan, you must be approved for the total amount needed and finalize your payment plan PRIOR to booking your appointment.

 

CANCELLATION / LAST-MINUTE NOTICE / NO-SHOW FEE

If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, fail to attend, or are more than 30 minutes late, a non-refundable cancellation fee of $100 will automatically be charged to the card you have on file.  This fee may be applied towards the cost of your rescheduled appointment at the discretion of the affected provider.  This policy is in place out of respect for our providers AND our clients.  Treatments at Inner Vision Aesthetics & Wellness are by appointment only, and cancellations with less than 24-hour notice are difficult to fill.  By giving last-minute notice or no notice at all, you prevent someone else from being able to schedule into that time slot and leave a vacancy in the provider’s schedule.  If you break this policy on two or more occasions, you will only be able to request an appointment rather than book one, and may be required to pay for your next service in full at the time of booking.


LATE POLICY

If you arrive to your appointment late, you may have to reschedule due to time constraints.  Arriving to your appointment late may reduce your total appointment time.  If you are more than 30 minutes late to your appointment you will be charged a $100 Last-Minute Notice/No-Show Fee.


REFUND POLICY

Your complete satisfaction is our first priority.  In the unlikely event you are at all unsatisfied with your purchase, please let us know immediately.  We accept returns for unopened and unused merchandise 7 days after purchase.  Treatments and procedures are non-refundable – you are paying for the service, not a guaranteed outcome.  If you do not wish to complete your pre-paid service (ie: a series of treatments), we can give you a credit with Inner Vision Aesthetics & Wellness, PLLC that can be used towards another service or product.


MULTIPLE SESSION SERVICES

We may recommend multiple sessions for certain services to ensure optimal results (ie: PRP treatments and chemical peels).  Sessions can be paid for individually or you may purchase a series of multiple sessions as recommended by your provider.  In order to take advantage of the financial break a full series offers, it must be paid for IN FULL at the time of the first session.


RIGHT TO REFUSE

Inner Vision Aesthetics & Wellness, PLLC reserves the right to refuse services.  Inner Vision Aesthetics & Wellness, PLLC will not discriminate against race, color, national origin, citizenship status, religion, creed, sex, age, disability, pregnancy, genetic information, or veteran status.  Certain services cannot be performed due to health risks and contraindications.


HIPPA COMPLIANCE

Inner Vision Aesthetics & Wellness, PLLC, all employees, contracted individuals, and service providers abide by all HIPAA policies and have set forth actions and policies to prioritize client confidentiality.


ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF MEDICAL DIRECTORSHIP

Having read this document, you acknowledge and understand that Inner Vision Aesthetics & Wellness, PLLC is owned and operated by the Founder and Aesthetic Provider, Sara K. Dusza, MSNA, APRN-CRNA, and is under medical directorship.
